The woman you see here with Hugh Hefner is former Playmate of the Year Carmella DeCesare. (The link is safe for work, though I imagine if you join the "members" section, it won't be.) What is she doing at FanHouse, you ask? Well, I noticed this Orlando Sentinel article that mentions Buccaneers quarterback Jeff Garcia is getting married in April, and DeCesare is the bride to be.
Doing a search at the Williams-Sonoma wedding registry, I found that DeCesare and Garcia are registered there. Before listing the gifts they want (including a tomato slicer for $11 or a 22-piece knife set for $1,200), there's this message:
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS SPECIAL TIME WITH US.
WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL AT OUR WEDDING.

And if you don't see anything to your liking at the registry, don't worry. Another note says they'd appreciate gift cards.

Plus don't forget that trashy bar fight she got into over Garcia in Cleveland a couple of years back. And Garcia didn't get screwed by the Eagles; he said publicly he wanted to be a free agents and the Eagles took him at his word--he has a history of running his mouth at the wrong times.
